AutoShotPro.com is operated by Paul Carl Digital ("we", "us"). When you use the service, you are contracting with Paul Carl Digital. You can reach us at support@paulcarl.com.
Accounts and authority
You must be of legal age to form a binding contract, provide accurate account information and keep it up to date, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you use AutoShotPro for a dealership or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
The service
AutoShotPro provides AI-assisted tools for enhancing vehicle inventory photos, including changing backgrounds, improving surroundings, reducing reflections and applying optional branding overlays. Results are generated automatically, may vary between images and may occasionally be inaccurate.
You are responsible for reviewing every result before publishing it and for ensuring that listings accurately represent each vehicle. Results are not a substitute for an honest description of a vehicle's condition.
Licence and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business. Paul Carl Digital retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, built-in backgrounds and branding. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or circumvent its technical limits.
Your content and generated images
You retain ownership of the photos, backgrounds, overlays and other content you upload, and you may use the enhanced images you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, copy, modify and process your content only as needed to provide and secure the service.
You confirm that you have all rights needed to upload and process your content, including any logos, trademarks, people, locations or license plates shown. Rights-holders who believe content infringes their rights can contact support@paulcarl.com; we may remove such content and suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law; commit fraud or send spam; infringe intellectual property or other rights; create deceptive, hateful or harmful material; misrepresent a vehicle's condition; upload malware; or probe, scrape, overload or otherwise interfere with the security of the service. We may remove or restrict content and refuse to process images that violate these rules.
Credits, payments and refunds
One credit is used for each photo submitted for enhancement. Credit packs are one-time purchases and credits do not expire while your account remains active.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy, which includes a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Availability and changes
We work to keep AutoShotPro available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every generated result will meet your requirements. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service and may update pricing for future purchases.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. After termination, your stored files may be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
