Information we collect and why
- Account details (name, email, dealership name, login credentials) — to create and run your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
- Uploaded content (vehicle photos, backgrounds, overlays, collection names and generated results) — to provide the photo enhancements you request. Legal basis: contract.
- Purchase records (credit packs bought, balances) — to track credits and meet accounting obligations. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
- Support messages — to answer your questions. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interests.
- Usage and device data (IP address, browser, device identifiers, pages used, processing activity, error logs) — to secure the service, prevent fraud, and fix and improve it. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Service emails — important account notices; any marketing only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share information with
- Service providers for hosting, storage, AI image processing, security and analytics, only as needed to run the service.
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling credit packs, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. Paddle handles your payment details; we never store full card numbers.
- Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
- Authorities where required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.
We do not sell your personal information or vehicle photos.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Vehicle photos and generated files are kept for up to one year unless you delete them sooner. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, except where we must keep records for legal, tax or dispute purposes.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, private storage, and access controls that keep each dealership's content separate. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to certain uses, and to withdraw consent. EU/UK residents may also complain to their data protection authority. Email support@paulcarl.com to make a request; we respond within one month and may need to verify your identity.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and the service working. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear these through your browser settings, but you will be signed out.
Children's privacy
AutoShotPro is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
